Hoe maak je connecties tijdens de beurs?

Tijdens de beurs kun je eenvoudig badges van bezoekers scannen met Visit Connect, zodat je direct hun contactgegevens verzamelt en deze na afloop kan opvolgen.

Dit werkt op de volgende manier:

1. Open Visit Connect op je smartphone of tablet via de link in je bevestigingsmail en log in.
2. Klik op de rode barcode-knop onderaan om de camera te openen.
3. Scan de QR-code op een bezoekersbadge. Als de scan is gelukt verschijnt automatisch een pagina met de contactgegevens van de lead.
4. Je ziet drie onderdelen op deze pagina: Contact, Your Questions en Notes. Voeg per lead notities, foto’s of spraakmemo’s toe en vul vooraf ingestelde vragen in.
5. De gegevens worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd zodra je apparaat verbinding heeft met internet.
6. Na afloop van de beurs kun je al je gescande leads terugvinden onder Connections. Daar kun je ze bewerken en eventueel exporteren naar je e-mail.

Let op: het aantal collega’s dat bezoekers kan scannen is afhankelijk van het aantal scanlicenties dat in jullie deelnamepakket is inbegrepen.

How to make connections during the exhibition
During the exhibition, you can easily scan visitor badges using Visit Connect, allowing you to instantly collect their contact details and follow up after the event.

Here’s how it works:

1. Open Visit Connect on your smartphone or tablet using the link in your confirmation email and log in.
2. Tap the red barcode button at the bottom to open the camera.
3. Scan the QR code on a visitor’s badge. Once the scan is successful, a page with the lead’s contact details will appear automatically.
4. You’ll see three sections on this page: Contact, Your Questions, and Notes. You can add notes, photos, or voice memos for each lead, and complete any preset questions.
5. The data will automatically sync as soon as your device is connected to the internet.
6. After the exhibition you can find all your scanned leads under Connections, where you can edit them and export them to your email if needed.

Please note: The number of team members who can scan visitor badges depends on the number of scan licenses included in your participation package.
